What payment methods does ATAS support?
We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) or PayPal.
Please note: If you want to pay via American Express, please select PayPal in the checkout and then click on the option "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" inside PayPal. If you need help with that, please contact our customer service.
Is your site safe and secure?
YES! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.
What should I do if my payment doesn't go through?
We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!
Where do I enter the discount code?
During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!
How long does the shipping takes?
It takes around 5-7 days. Due to the high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
The delivery periods as provided are indicative only.
The estimated shipping time does not include possible customs delays.
The general and specific holidays in the destination country are not taken into account.
We can not be held responsible for missing the estimated delivery periods.
In case of product returns, delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I track the shipment from time to time?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at www.dhl.com. You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.
How long it takes for my order to be shipped out?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of orders leave the warehouse 2-5 days after payment.
Can I request a refund by returning the purchased item?
If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived to be damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Shipping fee for returning item without damaged is solely responsible by the buyer.
